- A deposit of 50% of the full amount is payable in advance within 48 hours of confirmation of your stay.

Forfeited.
- You may not remove any items provided in the rooms from the premises. Any missing inventory or goods belonging to the establishment will be billed to the guest’s account.
- Air-conditioning units must be switched off when leaving or going out for the day.
- All rooms are non-smoking zones. The smoking area is on the patio outside the room.
- All gates should be closed at all times when entering or exiting.
- Please consider your neighbours when playing music or watching television or having a conversation.
- We regret, no pets allowed.
- Matola River lodge may not be used as a venue to treat your friends and family without prior arrangement with the owner.
- Check in time is from 14:00 PM on the day of arrival and the room should be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
